Pathways and Sessions
“We often forget that we are nature. Nature is not something separate from us. So when we say that we have lost our connection to nature, we’ve lost our connection to ourselves” Andy Goldsworthy
Nature-based pathways to reconnect with yourself and the world around you
Naturkraft Pathways offers guided opportunities to slow down, reconnect, and return to your own rhythms. Whether through a monthly wellbeing walk, a reflective session, or a longer seasonal program, each pathway is trauma-aware, paced gently, and rooted in the rhythms of nature.
All offerings are designed to support your nervous system, deepen self-connection, and foster calm and presence. Sessions may take place outdoors, online, or in a combination of both. Further details about suitability, safety, and scope can be found on the [Important Information] page.
Wander and Wonder
Monthly Wellbeing Walks
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Various locations in East and North Yorkshire
Frequency: Last Sunday of the month (dates listed below)
Wander and Wonder is a gentle, guided wellbeing walk focused on connection rather than distance. These walks are an invitation to slow right down, step out of doing mode, and reconnect with yourself through mindful presence in nature.
As we wander slowly through the landscape, we create space for wonder, the quiet kind that arises when we pause, look closely, and allow ourselves to be moved by what we notice. A shaft of sunlight through the trees, the texture of bark beneath your fingers, the way your breath settles when you stop trying to get anywhere.
Through simple mindfulness practices, sensory awareness, and creative nature-based invitations, you’ll be supported to rest, reflect, and re-attune to the natural world and to yourself.
What to expect:
Gentle guided mindfulness and grounding practices
Seasonal awareness and sensory noticing
Opportunities for nature photography, nature art, or quiet observation
Moments of stillness, reflection, and optional journaling
A calm, inclusive, and supportive space
No pressure to talk, perform, or keep up
These walks are suitable for anyone seeking rest, reconnection, and nourishment through nature. You don’t need to be “good at” mindfulness or creative practices, curiosity and openness are enough.
Next walk:
Sunday 22nd February 10:00-12:00
Coming Soon: Seasonal Pathways
