The Space Between
An Eight-Week Nature-Based Therapeutic Programme for Women
There are times in life when we find ourselves standing between what has been and what comes next. Perhaps a relationship has ended. Life has taken an unexpected turn. Or somewhere along the way you’ve lost touch with who you are beneath the responsibilities, expectations and roles you’ve carried for so long. These moments of uncertainty can feel overwhelming and lonely. Yet they can also become places of growth, healing and new beginnings.
The Space Between is an eight-week nature-based therapeutic programme created for women navigating life’s transitions. Through the healing relationship with nature, you’ll be gently supported to slow down, reconnect with yourself, understand your experiences with greater compassion, and begin moving forwards in a way that feels authentic to you.
Meeting in a peaceful woodland setting, we’ll gather around the fire, spend time in quiet reflection, explore nature-based therapeutic practices, and share the journey alongside a small group of women who, like you, are finding their way through a season of change.
Nature teaches us that change is a natural part of life. Just as the seasons bring growth, challenge, rest and renewal, we too move through different seasons, discovering different aspects of ourselves along the way. There are times when we’re no longer who we once were, but haven’t yet become who we’re growing into. Rather than rushing through that space, this journey invites you to pause, listen deeply, and discover what can emerge when you give yourself permission to simply be.
Is this programme for you?

What We’ll Explore Together
Over eight weeks, we’ll gently explore what it means to reconnect with yourself through relationship with nature. Together, we’ll move through themes such as:
🌿 Arriving – creating safety, grounding and a sense of belonging.
🌿 Slowing Down – stepping out of survival mode and reconnecting with your body, breath and the present moment.
🌿 Listening Within – noticing your inner world with curiosity and compassion.
🌿 Understanding Your Patterns – exploring the ways life experiences have shaped how you relate to yourself and others.
🌿 Cultivating Self-Compassion – meeting yourself with greater kindness and understanding.
🌿 Reclaiming Your Strengths – reconnecting with your inner resources and the qualities that have carried you through life’s challenges.
🌿 Trusting Yourself – strengthening your confidence, boundaries and inner wisdom as you move forwards.
🌿 Integration – reflecting on your journey and carrying what you’ve discovered into everyday life.
